“Governments will not take the extreme measures necessary to fight climate change, as long as there is oil. This would mean reforming the economy as a whole, as well as re-directing substantial financial resources. Perhaps each member of these governments should sit down and think of whether their grandchildren would be able to travel to school in 30 years? Our governments must try and put more effort into ensuring that their children, themselves and Europeans everywhere, can enjoy a safer future. ”
